Federal Construction is unlike other builders. We are first and foremost a service company. Everything we do is done with service in mind. We are not interested in “One-and-Done” projects. We seek to establish relationships with long-term clients who are looking for someone to be their guide through the complicated process of determining what, if anything, they need to build. And then take that decision and translate it into conceptual drawings, estimates, blueprints, and then, finally, into a completed project that will cater to your organization’s needs now and in the future.
The true cost of a project is not the up-front design and construction costs. It is the operational cost throughout the lifespan of the facility. This includes the utilities and the cost of personnel. That is why we are always looking for ways to maximize your return on investment, while minimizing the on-going costs of ownership.
